Customer Reviews
Solid lights, minor shipping hiccup
I purchased a couple of the Hardscape Retaining Wall Lights and a Low Voltage Well Light. The fixtures themselves are excellent, very robust and clearly made from real brass, which is exactly what I was looking for to replace some older, cheaper ones. They emit a pleasant, subtle light that really enhances the retaining wall. However, one of the well lights arrived with a slightly bent mounting base. It wasn't a major issue, as I was able to straighten it out myself, but it suggests perhaps a bit more padding could be used in the packaging. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about installation compatibility, which was a plus. Good value for the quality, just a small note on the shipping.
Got some new deck lights
Needed some new Deck Lights for my patio, so I checked out Gardenreet. The site was easy to navigate, found what I needed without any fuss. They arrived pretty quick, maybe four or five days. Installation was a breeze, just swapped out the old ones. They look nice and give off a good amount of light. All in all, a good experience. Nothing complicated, just got what I wanted.
Absolutely love these lights!
I just got the Solid Brass Spotlight and a few Wire Connectors, and they're amazing! The quality is fantastic, super sturdy. My yard looks so good now. I'm definitely going to buy more and tell all my neighbors about Gardenreet. So happy with my purchase!
Good quality, fast shipping
I ordered a Brass Path Light and some LED MR16 Bulbs from Gardenreet. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and simple enough. Shipping was surprisingly quick; I received my items within three days, much faster than I expected for standard shipping. The brass path light feels very solid and well-constructed, definitely not a cheap, flimsy light. The bulbs fit perfectly and provide a nice warm glow. I had a question about installation and used their online chat support, and they responded pretty quickly with helpful information. Overall, a very positive experience with a high-quality product. I'm quite pleased with the purchase and how everything went.

what's the return policy like? in case i order too many lights or change my mind.
do these come with the bulbs or do i gotta buy them separately? some places include em, some don't.
anyone know if the first order discount still works? trying to sign up for the newsletter to get it.
anyone know if gardenreet lights work with other low voltage systems? i've already got some wiring set up and just need new fixtures.
is gardenreet a legit company? like, are they a real store or some drop shipper from overseas? planning a big order.
